Information and Registration Rules
Acceptance;
a. All forms of Artwork within the specified limits will be accepted.
b. Artwork offensive to the general public will not be accepted.
Entry Place;
a. Trefoil Lodge in Ewing Park, Ellwood City, Pa.
Entry Time;
a. Saturday, June
27th between 7:00 and 9:00 P.M.
Sunday, June
28th between 2:00 and 5:00 P.M.
Fees;
(Payable at time of Registration Non-Refundable)
a. All entries---------------------------------------------------$5.00 per entry
b. Framed Paintings Up to 27” x 41” - - - - - - - - - - $5.00 per entry
c. The number of entries are unlimited.
Framing;
a. All hanging entries must be properly framed and equipped with a secure wire.
b. Overall Frame size may not exceed 27” x 41”.
Sculptures;
a. Limitations on size and wt. may be imposed if space & handling becomes a problem.
The limitations will be determined by the Art Show Committee at time of entry.
Artwork Identity;
a. Two 3" x 5" index cards must accompany each entry
(one must be attached to the work, the other given to the registrar)
b. Include the following information on each card;
Artist’s Name Title of works
Address Medium
Phone Number Price (if for sale)
Declined Artwork Pick up Time;
a. All declined work must be picked up July 1st, between 4:00
and 7:00 P.M. Any declined work not picked-up during these hours
will be charged a storage fee of $1.00 per piece per day unless
special arrangements are made with the show committee.
Sales;
a. All sales are the responsibility of the Artist.
Interested buyers can obtain Information on how to contact the Artist from the show attendant.
Accepted Entries;
a. Accepted entries MAY NOT BE REMOVED from the show prior to 7:00 P.M.
Sunday July, 5th .
b. All Artwork MUST BE REMOVED from Trefoil Lodge by July, 5th ,
after 7:00pm otherwise a fee of $1.00 per piece per day will be charged.
